Paystack Launches Programme to Support Small Businesses in Nigeria

Paystack, one of Africa’s leading payments technology companies, has created the Paystack Small Business Programme to assist Nigerian small businesses in growing, connecting with relevant prospects, and obtaining funding for their next stage of development.

Paystack is a technology company that drives growth for great African businesses, working with over 400,000 organizations of all sorts, including startups, enterprises, and government agencies. The company promotes merchant expansion in five markets: Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, and Ivory Coast.

The initiative will help businesses start, manage, and develop their operations, beginning with the Paystack Small Business Bundle. The bundle provides qualifying Nigerian merchants with up to NGN4 million (US$3,000) in discounts on products and services from select partners in critical areas of business operations including as commerce, bookkeeping, logistics, design, workspace, customer communication, and digital tools.

Eligible retailers can take advantage of Small Business bundle deals from partners like as Bumpa, Ijeworks, Wiicreate, Flowcart, Simplebks, Africaworks, Paystack, Kindlybook, FezDelivery, Gamp, Pressone, Mercurie, Shuttlers, and Canva.

Later stages include the Paystack Small Business Launchpad and Paystack Small Business Grant. Paystack plans to target 2,000 Nigerian SMBs for the Small Business Bundle, with further partner offers likely in the future.
