The pan-African Bubble AI is an AI-powered education and career execution platform that aims to help users transition from career ambiguity to clarity, preparation, and employment.
Bubble AI, founded in 2024, integrates career diagnosis, tailored roadmaps, learning resources, exam simulation and preparation tools, job search and application automation, and interview simulation and preparation into a single connected system.
“In practice, Bubble AI assists users in identifying better-fit career opportunities, understanding their skill gaps, preparing through personalized learning and assessments, automating parts of the job application process, and improving their readiness for employment.” Bubble AI’s head of marketing and growth strategy, Aloaye Collins Otsu, stated, “Our broader vision is to become the default operating system for careers in emerging markets.”
That broad view has two basic layers. The first is the Bubble AI schools CBT engine, which is presently being utilized in schools for exam and assessment, automated grading, management, and reporting.
“It catches users from an early stage in school and through longitudinal data, can guide them over time on the best career path for them,” Otsu added.
“The second is a job application automation layer that automates job application, career diagnostics, develops a career roadmap for late entrants or career transitioning professionals, interview prep and profile optimisation.”
Despite being in the early stages of development and scaling, the platform has grown to over 13,000 users in its first seven months of operation.
“For such an early-stage platform, the response has been positive. We reached 13,310 users in the first seven months, had 1,000 transactions within five months of monetization, and are now at US$1,000 MRR with 57% 30-day retention. “We already have school and ed-tech partnerships that help with growth and distribution,” Otsu remarked.
The firm is presently crowdfunding $1 million to fund product and AI infrastructure, distribution, recruiting, offline accessible for underprivileged communities, and an operating runway.
“Beyond capital, we are also looking for strategic distribution and hiring support,” Otsu stated.
“Our current operating model is focused on English-speaking African markets, especially Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, and South Africa, which together represent a reachable market of about 50 million users within our current model.”
Longer term, Bubble AI aims to create a pan-African career infrastructure platform.
“Our expansion strategy is partnership-led, with institutional entry points through schools, NYSC onboarding, learning platforms, and workforce development programs making us a B2B2C rather than just a B2B,” Otsu stated.
