Knowlix AI has launched an AI-powered business platform to serve small enterprises in 29 African nations and several other global markets.
The Munich-based startup said that their platform allows businesses to manage client interactions, invoicing, inventory, projects, and other back-office processes from a single system. At launch, the platform will be available in various African markets, including Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, and Egypt.
According to Knowlix AI, the platform includes country-specific tax settings, currencies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements in each of its supported markets. Although the company has not yet secured customers in Africa, it has stated that businesses across the continent will be able to use the platform immediately after launch. Following the free trial, premium subscriptions begin at $24.90 per month.
Knowlix AI, founded in 2021 by Peter Meie and Francesco Wiedemann, was built on an open source software platform. According to the corporation, this structure enables the platform to easily adjust to changing business legislation and market requirements in many nations.
The platform includes an AI Teammate that can generate quotations and invoices, convert meeting notes into actionable tasks, manage inventory reorder requests, and automate daily business processes. While these processes are expedited, business owners maintain complete control by approving essential activities prior to execution. Knowlix AI joins a competitive market that includes commercial software giants like as Odoo, Zoho, HubSpot, and Microsoft, as well as African SMEs such as Moniebook, Orda Africa, and Trembi.
